Booking Terms and Conditions

​

• DJ Solutions work on a first come first serve basis (on receipt of a booking deposit)

​

• In order to fully secure DJ Solutions for your wedding or event a 50% deposit is required.

​

• The balance will be required on the day prior to our performance or via bank transfer one week before the wedding date, if preferred).

​

• Bookings are made with agreement that the deposit it is non-refundable and non-transferable to another date unless by prior agreement.

​

• Payment can be arranged via bank transfer or PayPal. These details will be provided to the clients during the booking process.

​

• Although both DJacob and DJ Farby always aim to both be present and perform at your wedding or event as a duo only one DJ is guaranteed with your booking. 

​

• DJ Solutions require one hour to set up equipment and sound check prior to the start time. Power points must be provided by the venue and a space cleared for the equipment to be set up with adequate sun shade to cover and protect the equipment when the performance is planned for outside. DJ Solutions will not be held liable for any late start due a failure of the venue to provide the above. The set up time will take place on the day of the wedding or event prior to the arrival or your guests.

• In the unlikely event of DJ Solutions cancelling the agreement due to unforeseen circumstances e.g. injury etc. DJ Solutions will use their best endeavour to offer you an alternative DJ of similar experience and style. If this is unacceptable, DJ Solutions will offer you a full refund of monies already received.

• DJ Solutions fees listed on their price list are for the Algarve only. For bookings outside of the Algarve additional fees to cover expenses will be required.

​

• All song requests must be sent no later that 3 weeks before the date of the wedding or event. DJ Solutions will not be able to guarantee to have the required songs prepared for the day if they are not sent within the allocated timeframe.

​

• If a “special mix” of 2 songs is required in advance for a specific moment of the day (such as the first dance) the client will need to inform DJ Solutions 5 weeks prior to the wedding or event. Such special mixes will incur an additional cost to cover studio time.

​

• It is the responsibility of the ‘client’ to ensure that DJ Solutions are provided with free parking facilities at the performance venue. Should no free parking be available the ‘client’ is liable for any parking charges incurred.

​

• It is the responsibility of the ‘client’ to ensure that DJ Solutions are informed of any venue which does not provide adequate access to the setup area.
